Sangfroid’s Terms of Engagement
Sangfroid’s Responsibilities
The Sangfroid Group Pty. Ltd. (“Sangfroid”) will provide the Scope of Services (“Services”) including any variation, and apply appropriate skill and use reasonable care.
Sangfroid’s fees and expenses
Sangroid’s fees for providing the Scope of Services (“Services”) will be determined in accordance with Sangfroid’s fee proposal letter or other correspondence that Sangfroid provides to the Client that confirms the specific terms that apply to Sangfroid’s acceptance of an engagement to undertake the Services for the client.
Where Sangfroid’s engagement extends beyond 12 months, Sangfroid reserves the rights to amend the rates in line with CPI and by notifying the Client of Sangfroid’s new rates.
client’s obligations
The Client must provide to Sangfroid, as soon as is practical following any request: Comprehensive and accurate instructions; all information that Sangfroid reasonably require to perform the Services, and provide reasonable access and assistance and make all arrangements required to enable Sangfroid to perform the Services efficiently.
Sangfroid are not responsible or liable to the Client for any consequences of delay due to the Client’s failure to do so, when requested.
Payment
The Client must pay Sangfroid’s fees for the performance of the Services and related disbursements within 14 days of receipt of tax invoice issued by Sangfroid, unless otherwise agreed.
