Project & Development Management
Town Planning Permit $Fixed Fee - Engagement of project team, liaison with authorities; and reinforce design to balance planning requirements with net saleable areas.
Construction (Client representative) $Fee/month— Liaison with owners corporation, subdivision, sales agents, purchasers, contractors, financiers and authorities. Attend to client’s interest under the construction contract and sales contracts.
Design & Delivery Solutions
Variable hourly rate — Refinement of design to maximise net saleable area and staging of construction. Assistance with purchaser changes against delivery risks. Review tender package to identify key variation risks. Support as a natural extension to your in-house team.
Remediation Analysis
Remediation $Fixed Fee— Review remediation strategy, coordinate assessor, auditor and contractor, liaison with authorities; and evaluation of progress claims and reports.
Superintendent
Independent Superintendent: $Fee/month — Issue monthly progress certificates, assessment of variations and extension of time claims; and attendance at Project Control Group meetings.
Site Acquisition
Retainer $Fee/sites — Site evaluation, analysis of existing documentation, review of planning permit, planning zones & structure plans; recommendation of design options and feasibility studies on agreed development strategy.
Construction Management Plan
CMP $Fixed Fee — Preparation of CMP and liaison with Council.
Contract Administration
Project Management & Contract Administration (Contractors): $Fee/month — Liaison with principal and authorities, coordinate tender packages and subcontractors, manage design delivery and novated consultants, and attend to contractor’s interest under the construction contract.
