Jean started The Sangfroid Group helping friends, resolve major issues on their developments.
Over 20 year’s industry experience in development management, architecture, project management and commercial real estate, with demonstrated history on mixed use commercial & retail, industry warehouses, residential towers, site remediations and land acquisitions.
The practice has grown through referrals from clients as well as major players in the property industry.
Each project is managed with upmost care and responsibility as we understand that our clients’ risks and rewards are dependant upon the success of the projects.
